Sausage stuffing machine&sausage filler Operation
1:The worker if have high blood pressure, heart disease, mental illness, epilepsy, hearing disordersare that is not suit o operate the stuffer machine;
2：Before meat stuffer machine working,we should check machine in details,if all ok,then move machine;
3: Check power ;
4：Closing the power switch;
5：Change the PLC to “parameter setting “.check if all number is correct,if that is wrong ,please do rectify,then do next step;
6：Change the PLC to “working”,press the button of “system booting" to start the system,then press “vacuum booting”button to work the vacuum pump,these action is to check the vacuum pump;
7：Open the filling pump body,install the blade and impeller.vacuum meat stuffer machine is ready to work now;
8：During the meat filling machine working ,if have something wrong,please do power off immediately and check machine;
9：After auto sausage stuffer machine finish the work,please take out the impeller and blade to do cleaning;
10：Power off the machine;
11：If the vacuum filler machine will not use in long time,please do not put the impeller and blade in filling pump,to avoid pump will rust and broken the machine;
12：The touch screen is electronics,the waterproof level is IP65,while his radiating at back is open structure,if the seal ring is broken,the touch screen will be broken too,so you should do water proof job well;
13：Check the oil in vacuum pump regualrly,if the oil is less ,please add oil in time otherwise pump will broken.(the detail oil type and kind will show in the using manual of vacuum pump). |
